The terms we work to

Privacy

We collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address to serve your order, and identity documents where the law requires them for a high-value sale or an old gold purchase. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it - write to [email protected]. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and every message carries a way to stop them.

Shipping

Shipping within India is free and fully insured in transit. International shipping is quoted per destination. Every dispatch carries a docket number and a tracking link, sent to you on WhatsApp.

Returns and exchange

Ready-stock pieces may be returned within the published window in unworn condition with the invoice and certificate. Made-to-order and personalised pieces - including engraving and size alterations outside the standard chart - cannot be returned, but can be exchanged under our exchange terms.

Buyback and exchange

Gold bought from us is exchanged at the prevailing board rate for the tested purity, less the deduction stated on your voucher. The weighing and the purity test are carried out in your presence and recorded on the voucher.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects are corrected free of charge. Normal wear, accidental damage and work done elsewhere are not covered.
